Terms and Conditions
- Waiver: A standard waiver will be required for any event where the animals will be present. Noe worries Ranch, LLC is fully insured.
- Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to hold your your date/time. If you must cancel your event, the deposit may be used for a future booking.
- Payment: The balance of the agreed upon amount, will be due prior to the end of any event. Forms of payment accepted are cash, credit card (3% fee), and various payment apps (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle).
- Dog Policy: Please keep all dogs restrained or put away during the event. If there is a loose dog at the event, the animals will be stopped until the dog is restrained or put away. Dogs (no matter how well behaved) can be a serious safety hazard around the animals.
- Weight Limit and Pony Safety: Maximum weight limit for ponies is 75lbs. Ponies can not be ridden double under any circumstances. In most cases we will not walk our ponies on asphalt as this is a safety hazard.
- Petting Zoo Set Up: The smallest area required is 12x12. A canopy will be provided if no shade is available at event sight.
- Event Site Precautions: Lawns must be chemical free for at least one week prior to the event for the safety of our animals. Insecticides, weed killers, etc are HIGHLY toxic to the animals and could result in severe sickness or death. Please ensure the event areas are clear of stinging insects as best as possible. If stinging insects are present in the event area, the animals will be stopped until they are removed. Fireworks could startle our animals, please DO NOT set off fireworks will the animals are present at your event.
- Wet Bathing Suits: If you are having a pool or water slide party, please ensure children are dry prior to riding ponies. Wet bathing suits will not be permitted on our saddles.
- Hot Weather: During hot weather months, please consider time of day when booking for the comfortability of our animals and the event guests. A time limit is set during our hotest months for safety of our animals.
- Arrival and Clean Up: Noe Worries Ranch, LLC will arrive at the event prior to scheduled time to allow for set up and to ensure the maximum time allotted with the animals. We will be responsible for removal and disposal of waste created by the animals.
- Helmets: Helmets will be provided for all riders upon request. Disposable liners are used for sanitation purposes.
